Okyus. Professor. Interested of the world surrounding them, an explorer mixed with researcher. A recorder of history. Its those characters that willing to die with knowledge. Lucky for him, Ander and Ralf make sure he don't.

So, let's talk about the lantern.. The group is animal, one is a cat, a wolf and a rat, they basically have no problem living in dark places since they are biologically capable of night vision. So, the lantern is a very unnecessary item. But I don't plan to draw everything in a dark because the whole story is set in cavern, and the readers, me included wont be able to see a thing. So, I need a light source. Of course, I try to come up some idea behind the lantern basically to keep the lantern around. Over time, I came with the idea that the crystal can tell the time, or gives off warning if the monster approaches.. turn red or something [yes, in the end this idea stays but not for small fry]. There was an idea that the lantern will ward off monsters because they are sensitive to light. At one point the professor is to hang the lantern over the places they visited to mark the place. BUT, in the end, It's just a lantern that will lit infinitely. Because, fuq it. I will just keep it. I don k.
